Typically, a new mentoring client will undergo an initial consultation - utilizing one of the banked hours - and then based upon that consultation, an agenda is outlined and action steps are identified based upon the client's stated goals.

Terms & Limitations:

* We are NOT your outsourcer - your hours are not able to be used for bulding sites, creating graphics, or similar tasks; however, as one of our mentoring clients, you will be able to utilize the services of our own team of oursourcers at a discount.

* There is no expiration - you are entitled to using your hours at your own pace - with no time limit or expiration. Conversely - there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on unused hours - however, you are able to "gift" your hours to someone else upon prior approval.

* Material Included: Where and whenever possible, if we have software, PLR, or a tool that we can share with you, we most certainly will do so at no additional fee; however, there will from time to time be products you will need to invest in and become a registered, licensed owner. For example, in almost every case, we are going to require you to have Hosting, and Autoresponder Account, and one or two other programs - generally not exceeding a few hundre dollars or a monthly investment of $50 or less.

* In rare instances where we can not claim "expertise" in an area you may require - we will put you in direct contact with one of our colleagues who can better serve your needs in that particular arena.
